Barre – All the Things!
This class had it all — balance, cardio, sculpting strength, and a whole lotta fun! A total body workout that kept us on our toes (literally) and delivered the sweat + sparkle combo we all secretly crave.
We pulsed, we lifted, we balanced... and yes, we felt it.

• 3 sets of weights (light, mid, and heavy)
