Pilates – Simple & Strong

A gentle reminder that strength doesn’t always need to roar.
Today’s class is all about grounding, feeling, and moving through whatever’s present — with grace and grit.

We move with intention through classic Pilates foundations, adding slow, heavy lifting to anchor back into the body. A beautiful practice when you’re a little tender, a little tired, or just ready to reconnect with your strength.

You’ll need:
• 2 yoga blocks
• A set of heavy weights
• And your whole self, just as you are 💛
