This is the full thing. You come to whichever classes fit your week, you practise at home on the mornings you can, and there's always something there for the days neither of those happen.

Eleven classes a week. Two in the studio and two at home would cost $78 a week casually. Ultimate is $30.

You don't have to be in the room to be part of this. Join me live from your lounge room, or catch the recording on Thursday when Tuesday didn't happen. The practice fits around your week rather than the other way round.
