Slow Flow - Ground to Rise
This week’s slow flow was a journey into aligned expression — connecting root to sacral to throat in one continuous, intentional wave.
We moved slowly and with purpose, activating deep core lines and cultivating embodied boundaries from the ground up. Expect pelvic rolls, juicy lunges, deep squats, and a beautiful blend of strength and surrender
