Yin - Reclaiming Your Inner Authority

Recorded Live from Ashton.

This deeply nourishing Yin practice is an invitation to come home to yourself.

Rooted in the Water Element, this 75-minute class gently supports the Kidneys and Bladder—our reservoirs of energy, resilience and inner wisdom. The focus is on releasing exhaustion, softening the nervous system, and reconnecting with your own inner authority.

We begin slowly, with breath, simple spinal movement and hands placed at the kidneys to awaken inner listening. From there, the practice unfolds into long-held, supported Yin shapes that invite the body to rest deeply while the mind learns to let go of what is no longer yours to carry.

Expect forward folds, gentle backbends, twists and heart-opening shapes designed to hydrate the tissues, soothe the lower back and create space for emotional processing. Throughout the practice, you’ll be guided back to the subtle truth that clarity doesn’t come from effort—but from rest.

This class is perfect if you’re feeling depleted, overextended, or craving quiet time to reset and restore.

You’ll finish in supported stillness, with a whispered reminder to carry with you:
“The more I rest, the clearer I become.”

✨ Come as you are. Move slowly. Rest deeply. Reclaim what is yours.
