Mozzie Strength

Mozzie Strength is a playful, grounded strength class filmed live from the Coorong, where nature very much had a say. Uneven ground, buzzing mozzies and shifting conditions became part of the practice, inviting adaptability, focus and resilience.

This class blends functional strength, lower-body power and balance challenges, reminding us that strength is not about perfect conditions. It’s about staying present, steady and responsive when things feel a little unpredictable.

Expect to build heat, find grit and share a quiet laugh along the way.
