This practice invites you to slow down enough to feel what is true beneath the noise.
We begin close to the ground — breath-led, steady, listening. From there, gentle strength builds through the centre of the body. Not sharp. Not forced. Just a quiet gathering of power from within.
There is a softness to this flow. A sense of moving because it feels right, not because you should. Core connection, grounded lunges, subtle back body strength and simple, spacious integration on the floor to finish.
It’s a beautiful practice for New Moon energy — reflective, honest, deeply embodied.
