Today’s class took a beautiful turn from what I had planned and became exactly what my hips and lower back needed.

Over my hip rehab journey, I’ve learned that pain isn’t always about tightness — sometimes it’s your muscles sending an SOS, asking for a little love and strength.

This session blends gentle mobility with targeted work to restore balance, ease discomfort, and leave you moving freely again.

All you need is a chair, your mat, and maybe a furry oodle friend for company.
