Pilates Strength Series: week 1 Ground & Align

WEEK 1

GROUND & ALIGN

This is where we begin.

GROUND & Align sets the foundation for the entire 6-week Pilates Strength series. We focus on neutral pelvis, scapular stability and controlled tempo so your body understands where “home” is before we increase load.

Expect bilateral strength work, steady breath connection and simple, effective patterns that build full-body integration.

Props: Light dumbbells
Intensity: Foundational strength

This class is about building from the ground up.
