A gentle yet deeply nourishing Yin practice to soften into the Fire element and reconnect with the warmth of your own presence.
With the anchor:
“I drop into my heart’s warmth and presence.”
We begin in Reclined Butterfly, allowing the chest to receive light and breath. Moving into Forward Butterfly to bow inward, before exploring Broken Wing to unwind the shoulders and upper back. A supported Saddle variation on both sides opens the front body and invites courage without force.
We close in Savasana — spacious, simple, steady.
This practice is beautiful in the morning light to awaken your inner sun, or in the evening as a warm down to soften the edges of the day.
Props: 2 blocks and a cushion for support and depth.
