Barre LOADED
This was and IS a great class! I added ankle weights to the legs and what a difference it makes to the intensity for the legs…even think it helps draw awareness to one’s form too!
I loved doing this class, expect a non stop ( of course you can) 40 minutish barre workout full of all the things that we LOVE about barre.
2 sets of handweights, Ankle weights ( optional) and a chair of course! Enjoy!
