Class Description:
This 40-minute Pilates Strength class packs a serious punch straight out of the gates. We’ll fire up hip mobility, glutes, and the full lower body, front and back of the legs, with some added challenge thanks to slightly heavier weights. It’s the perfect mix of strength, stability, and mobility, designed to wake everything up (especially those sleepy glutes!).
Expect to feel strong, supported, and a little bit sweaty, with a few delicious moments of peace woven in, of course. 💛
