Spring Prelude: Awaken & Unfold
A gentle 75-minute Yin-inspired flow to welcome the energy of Spring — that sweet in-between space where stillness begins to stir into movement.
We’ll use Finger Fans to awaken the meridian lines of the arms and chest, ease into Stirrup Pose to open the inner legs and hips, and rest deeply with the support of your bolster, blocks and blanket.
Expect soft warmth through the body, a feeling of lightness in the breath, and that unmistakable sense of new beginnings rising from within.
