Yin Week 1: Detox & Clearing Stagnation

This 60-minute Yin practice invites you to soften the grip and clear what’s been stuck — physically, energetically, and emotionally.
Guided by the Liver and Gallbladder meridians of the Wood Element, we move through gentle twists, hip openers and lateral stretches to stimulate the body’s natural detox pathways and smooth the flow of Qi.

Expect to feel deeply grounded, lighter through the sides of the body, and clearer in your mind as the inner winds of Spring begin to rise.

Energetic focus: releasing stagnation | inviting clarity | awakening inner flow
Anchor phrase:“I soften the grip; I let flow find me.”
Props: bolster / cushions, 2 blankets, optional block

This practice closes with a guided meditation — “As Sap Rises” — allowing warmth and vitality to move gently through the whole system, restoring ease to body and heart.
