Grounding Summer Flow is a nourishing, steady practice designed to help you land in your body and soften into the season. This class offers a supportive rhythm, gentle strength and spacious movement to balance the outward energy of summer.
You’ll move slowly and intentionally, reconnecting to breath, sensation and the ground beneath you. A practice to calm the nervous system, settle the mind and leave you feeling centred, open and supported. Two Blocks will be perfect for the MFR on the shoulders at beginning
