This extended Yin journey honours the shift into a new month and a new season.

Across 75 minutes, we gently clear Winter’s residue and awaken the Wood element — nourishing the Liver and Gallbladder meridians with forward folds, twists, and side-body openings. Supported stillness allows the body to soften, the mind to quieten, and the heart to open toward renewal.
