Barre Express — Ball, Barre & Floor

A Barre Express session moving efficiently through every method element.

We warm up standing with light weights, then bring the ball into play for side curls, plies, and seated row work.

Onto the chair for single-leg barre work — lunges, arabesques, and pulses that find every fibre of the standing side.

Then to the floor for balancing clams, threaded side planks, quadruped sculpting, ab work, and glute bridges. We finish in a long, soft mermaid stretch.

Best for: a focused, full-body Barre Express workout that builds strength, lifts the seat, and lengthens through the whole body.

Duration: approx. 45 minutes
Props: small ball (or yoga block), light weights, sturdy chair, mat
