Yin – Liver Lines: Stirrup, Soften & Seal the Circle

This slow, expansive Yin practice honours the liver meridian — associated with flow, vision, and emotional clarity.

We begin in Stirrup, soften through Butterfly, and gently spiral inward into a nourishing seated sequence. After movement, we shift into a deep stillness — resting in meditation and drawing an energetic circle of protection around body, breath and heart.

🧘‍♀️ This is one to revisit when life feels scattered or sharp — it’s grounding, softening, and deeply restorative.
