Week 8 - Yin Integration & Belonging

A deeply grounding 75-minute Yin practice designed to gather everything you’ve softened, released and awakened over the season — and bring it home.
This week focuses on harmonising the Liver and Gallbladder meridians through gentle twists, hip folds and lateral openings, supporting the body to stitch itself back together with ease and clarity.

Integration isn’t about effort — it’s about allowing.
Allowing your breath to settle, your energy to return to centre, and your whole self to feel connected and complete.
