A playful and grounding morning flow exploring the dance between Skandasana and Dancer's Pose — two shapes that invite both strength and surrender.

This sequence offered just the right amount of challenge to wake up the body, open the hips, and spark a little joy. Unbrushed hair? Totally fine. Presence over polish, always.
