A calming, spacious 40-minute Yin practice designed to bring you back into equilibrium — body, breath and mind.
Through gentle lateral openings, twists and hip-supported shapes, we harmonise the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, smoothing the inner winds and restoring a sense of grounded ease.

This practice is an invitation to pause in the middle of the season, recalibrate your energy and remember the quiet wisdom that lives in stillness.
