A sweaty, feel-good return to the classics! This barre session brings together traditional moves with a fresh vibe, all set to a motivating playlist to keep you lifted and moving.
You’ll use two sets of weights, a light pair and a heavier option, plus your chair for support at the barre. Expect strength, endurance, and those signature barre shakes… all wrapped up in a whole lot of fun.
