Strength - Sweat & Sparkly!

This one’s from the heart … and the sweat. I filmed this solo, knowing my ZenFlix crew would be showing up later to move with me, and that’s what kept me going.

There were so many moments I wanted to give up... but I didn’t. I kept moving, for you. So this class turned into a bit of a Fit & Flow style session — bodyweight-based, full of intuitive movement, and yes, a little bit random (in the best way).

No breaks, just breath, grit, and moving with whatever my body asked for in the moment.

You’ll need:
🧘‍♀️ 2 yoga blocks
💪 2kg & 3kg weights
🪑 A chair
🌀 A stretchy resistance band

It’s sweaty. It’s sparkly. And it’s a full-body, feel-it-all, “you did the thing” kind of class.
