Strength, Sundays & Scout!

I mentioned that we would concentrate on strengthening our Legs while allowing our Arms to rest and recuperate, but that plan did not quite materialise as anticipated. We still managed to have a productive workout that included a solid focus on Legs, as well as Abs and Arms voila full body! and A carrot toy to boot!
