Strength Sundays 27th Replay

A great class today with a fabulous combo of Strength, Cardio and Balance! Legs were certainly worked today, BTBH I felt the WHOLE body post class. You’ll need a chair, heavy set, I used 3kg and stretch loop and yoga block.
