Pilates x Strength x Sculpt x GOOOOOOD

I think this might have to have been one of my best classes…by the time I got to the end, I felt amazing! Must have been the stretch at the end xx

You’ll 3 sets of weights - heavy, Heavier and HEAVIEST.

I had 2, 3 and 4 kg and was certainly fatiguing by the end.
