Crikey, that was a good one! A full-body strength class that brought the heat with heavy weights, smart sequencing, balance challenges, and a whole lot of grit.
We hit all major muscle groups and wrapped it in a lesson plan that just worked — you’ll leave feeling strong, steady, and accomplished.
