Yoga Sloooow Flow

Sometimes the body whispers (or shouts!) for slowness — and we listen.
This class was filmed on a day I wasn’t feeling my best, but knew I needed to move. So we stayed low, moved with intention, and focused on presence over pace.

A nourishing, gentle flow for when you need to soften, soothe, and come home to yourself.
