This one’s a keeper! A strong and steady mat-based Pilates session that blends traditional favourites with a few refreshed moves to keep your body guessing and glowing.

We build strength, challenge control, and revisit the classics with intention — perfect for those days when you want a full-body Pilates reset. My body felt amazing after this one, and I think yours will too.

• Light–medium hand weights
• Ankle weights (optional)
