Yoga - For The Days You Don't Feel Like It
This practice is dedicated to the days where you actually don't feel like doing yoga.
But you know that at the end of class, you're going to feel better.
We start on the back with easy leg circles and gentle twists, move through rolling cat-cows and thread the needle, soft bird dog with modified side plank, low lunges and water wheels, supported figure four on a block, and a nourishing upper-back backbend over a cushion or block.
Slow. Steady. Soft where you need it.
Best for: low-energy days, cold mornings, stiff bodies. When your practice needs to give back to you rather than ask anything of you.
Duration: approx. 45 minutes
Props: mat, block, cushion or pillow, optional blanket
