Strength Remix: TRX Vibes, No Straps Needed 💪🔥
This one had me puffing — and smiling. Inspired by a favourite old TRX plan from the archives, I gave it a Zen-style makeover without the straps. We used simple props to create clever, functional strength training that worked the entire body.
Expect a little creativity, a lot of sweat, and those magic moments where challenge meets empowerment.
You’ll need:
• 2 sets of weights (light + heavy)
• 2 yoga blocks
• A chair
• Your mat (and maybe a little grit)
