This class brings the burn in the best possible way. Grab your stretch band, your heavy weights, and a bolster if your knees need a little extra support, mine sure did!

We move with strength and intention, focusing on powerful, grounded movement that challenges the body while offering space to support it. Fiery, focused, and oh-so-satisfying.

You’ll need: heavies, band, and a bolster (or cushion) for knee support. 💛
