Sleep Nidra - Wide Sky, Still Mind

Some nights the heaviness needs to become lightness. This is that practice.

Beginning inside the body and moving outward through the room, the building, the night sky, and into the vast, quiet, star-scattered dark, this Nidra works with the quality of space itself.

The space inside the body. The space between things. The space that has always been there, unchanged, beneath every thought and worry and to-do list.

This is the practice for the nights when you feel contracted, weighed down, or smaller than you actually are. It is a quiet reminder that you are not just a body in a room — you are awareness, resting in something far larger than the day that just passed.

22–28 minutes. The most expansive of the three. Best used when the mind needs to dissolve rather than settle.
