Pilates Strength - Integrate and Energise

Our final class brings it all together with a whole body flow led by the back line of the body.

You’ll revisit your favourite bridges, hinges, lunges and back body strength work from the month in a simple, repeatable sequence that leaves you feeling strong, supported and energised.

Props are welcome and either a foam roller or two yoga blocks essential, and we finish with a short bit of foam rolling to close your January reset with ease.
