Yin I Love You

A beautiful 50 minute practice, full body, though with an awareness of front and back lines of body…it was JUST what I needed…body feels so good now!

Bolster, a cushion, blanket and yoga block.

I do half saddle in this one, if this is not your favourite ie lower back a bit twitchy or knees twingey, I have a alternative demonstrated in the practice that will feel supportive for you x
