Barre Strong – Everything, Everywhere, All at Once
This class was everything. Strong, sweaty, and full-on in the best possible way. We worked the whole body from top to toe with barely a break… ok, I stopped a few times because wow, it was spicy 😅

💪 A stretch band (looped around the legs)

🏋️♀️ A set of mid-size weights
