Barre Full Body Burst!

A full-body barre class that lights up everything.

We open with cardio jacks, knee repeaters and rotation to get the heart going, then move into weighted standing work through curls, lunges, rows and front raises.

From there it's into glute and hamstring work on hands and knees, a proper barre block at the bar with pliés, curtsies and back-leg lifts, and finally to the floor with the ball for abs, bridge work, scissors and a long, soulful stretch to finish.

Expect to sweat. Expect to feel those teardrops in your legs. Expect to finish feeling completely worked and beautifully open.

Duration: Approximately 40 minutes P

Props needed: Two sets of hand weights (light and a heavier single), a small ball, and a barre or sturdy substitute (a chair back or the back of a couch works), plus a mat.
