Yin Mandala — A Whole Body Rinse

A mandala moves through the whole body and then mirrors itself back. This class does exactly that — five shapes on one side, then five shapes on the other, meeting every major meridian line along the way. Inner hip, lateral body, spine, side stretch, chest and front arm line. Both sides tended. The circle complete.
