Strength – Steady, Solo, Strong

Another solo session — and one I’m truly grateful for. Sometimes it’s not about the perfect setup, but just showing up and moving your body with love and intention.

This class is rooted in traditional strength work, with a few sneaky new sequences that kept things fresh and fiery. Think full-body, functional, and the kind of movement that reminds you how capable you really are.

You’ll need:
💪 A light, heavy and heavier set of weights
🌀 A resistance band
💛 A willingness to back yourself

Steady. Strong. And solo — but never alone.
