Slow Flow Yoga: Familiar, but Different

A gentle, breath-led morning flow that begins lying down — settling in, arriving, letting the floor hold the weight of you. From bridge and supine twists into cat/cow, low lunges, side-body openers and a soft side plank, this one moves slow and unhurried before guiding you back to stillness. Move in ways that feel familiar, but also different — because you are.

Props: bolster or firm cushion, a block (optional).
