Join NowPJ Yoga – Flow Into a New Month
Today’s practice was a gentle yet powerful invitation into the new month. We moved with intention, grounded in breath, and opened to what’s possible.
This month, we’ll be building week by week towards a flowing sequence that features two beautiful peak postures:
✨ Natarajasana – Dancer’s Pose
✨ Ardha Chandra Chapasana – a variation often referred to as Cleopatra Pose
Each class will offer progressions and foundations to support your journey, wherever you're at. Let this be a month of grace, strength and soulful movement.
