Pilates Strength – Marie’s Medicine
This class is a heart-led ode to Marie, who came in feeling a little niggly through the upper back — and so we created movement medicine just for her.
We started with the foam roller to gently mobilise the upper spine, then moved through strength-based Pilates that supported rotation, flexibility, and of course, gave the full body a beautiful workout along the way.
This one’s nourishing, strengthening, and a little bit magic. A perfect practice to revisit anytime your body’s asking for more freedom and flow.
You’ll need:
🌀 Foam roller
🔵 Pilates ball
🟣 Resistance band
