DZ - Morning Flow - Gentle | Grounded

This week’s Morning Slow Flow invites you to begin February by softening the noise and returning to clear, embodied movement.

The practice starts on the floor, giving you time to arrive before we rise. From there, we gradually build warmth and strength through slow, steady transitions — allowing the breath to lead and the body to set the pace.

This class supports:

  • Gentle strength through the legs and core

  • Moving with intention rather than momentum

The focus is not how much you do, but how you feel as you do it.

We close with stillness, allowing the body to absorb the practice and settle into clarity.
