Barre: Ball, Weights & Chair
A spicy little 30-minute barre burn moving through standing knee lifts, lunges, kneeling work and a chair sequence before finishing with bridge and ball rolls. Plenty of pulsing, plenty of legs — and a few props thrown all over the place, because that's half the fun.
Props: small ball, 1kg hand weights, a chair, (optional bolster/cushion).
