Barre – Stretchy Sculpty
This one's a burner in the best kind of way! Using the stretchy band, we fired up the hips, sculpted the arms, and kept the whole body working in all the right places. It’s a flowy, strong, and supercharged sequence that brings the stretch and the spice. 💥
