At Roaming Zen we teach Purna Yoga & Yin Yoga. Our RYT 500hr instructors are trained at the Byron Yoga School, so you’ll find traditional instruction in alignment, sequence and form as well as innovative approaches to applying yoga in daily life. Through the guiding of yoga philosophy, meditation and pranayama, our teachers create a space where you will always feel comfortable.
