High intensity, short duration circuits that focus on building strength and stamina of the major muscle groups of the body, finished with a H.I.I.T Cardio set at the end and the most divine Zen stretch at the end!

In this class we combine traditional gym based movement to great music, add a little spice with dance (sneaky) & add a strong flow of Yoga at the end.
