This class is solely for you & little one either earth side or inside.
We offer it as a zoom class also , so if you’re not ready to come to studio but need to move, perfect!

Our Mum & Bub class is not only a great way to meet other mums and their little ones, it is also an enjoyable way to workout and continue the bond with your special gift.

Following the same pilates principles of our RZ Barre class with a focus on rebuilding your strength and stamina. Suitable for mums that have been given the “all clear” from your specialist and little one no more than 9kgs. Little one enjoys working out with you in a baby Bjorn or ergo baby.

We offer a Kids Movement Class at the same time as our Mum's & Bubs class on Thursdays for $10
