Roaming Zen's Mum & Bub Pilates & Barre classes are dedicated to your pre & post-natal body!

Monday 1015am Barre with Jen ( Kids Mindful movement class on at the same time if you have toddlers)
Tuesday 1015am Pilates with Bec
Thursday 1030am Barre with Jen

Our Mum & Bub class is not only a great way to meet other mums and their little ones, it is also an enjoyable way to workout and continue the bond with your special gift.

Following the same pilates principles of our RZ Barre class with a focus on rebuilding your strength and stamina. Suitable for mums that have been given the “all clear” from your specialist and little one no more than 9kgs. Little one enjoys working out with you in a baby Bjorn or ergo baby.
Your first class in Mum's & Bubs is always free - simply book in online, enter "FMB" in the promo code and we will take care of the rest!
We offer a Kids Movement Class on Mondays at the same time as our Mum's & Bubs class! If you've a toddler that needs some mindful movement, yoga & play, we've just the session for them!
