Where has the year gone

Hello beautiful Subscriber First Name,

We're nearly at the midpoint of the year, which feels impossible to say out loud. Where has it gone? 2026 has been a big, full, fast few months.

Though full isn't the same as forgettable. Tucked inside all the busyness are the highlights, the moments worth holding onto, and they deserve a pause. So take one with me. Breathe them in. My own this month was a mini break up in the Flinders to celebrate another birthday. It was grounding in the way, that only country can be. I came home feeling, more me again.

One thing I keep coming back to is this, when it's a lot, look for the space in between all the things and carve that out for you. Time for rest, for reading, for dreaming. Because if we don't, that time quietly drifts away and we never get it back.

Space to breathe matters for all of us. Consider this your gentle nudge to find yours and June has a few beautiful invitations to do exactly that.

This one has been a labour of love. Six months in the making, and now finally brought to life with our first three incredible leaders to be. 2 leaders doing the course in Australia and 1 in Canada… being able to offer the leader online in a Hybrid way is simply extraordinary.

I can hardly believe it, but it’s been a whole year of The b. class™️ in its home at Magill Guides. A year of music, of moving together, of that particular kind of joy that only seems to happen when a room full of people decides to dance.

Tuesday Yoga has a new home

From the 9th June, we’re moving to Tara Hall at Buddha House, 10:45am, for a Slow Flow and recovery practice. Tara Hall is beautiful and quiet, and conveniently tucked behind Buddha House on Magill Rd. I think you’re going to love it there.

I’ve been thinking about Mary Oliver this month, and that question she leaves us with about this one wild and precious life. The reminder that we have to take life by the hands and bring what we love to life.
